Faruqi & Faruqi and Partner Kendall S. Zylstra have been appointed to Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in a certified class action in the Northern District of Illinois, In Re: Text Messaging, 1:08-cv-07082.  The case is scheduled for trial in April, 2014.
