Faruqi & Faruqi Appointed Sole Lead Counsel to Represent Future FinTech Group Shareholders in Securities Class Action

On September 24, 2024, United States Magistrate Judge Jessica S. Allen of the District of New Jersey appointed Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP, as sole lead counsel in Labelle v. Future FinTech Group, Inc. et al., 24-247 (JXN) (JSA). The suit centers on allegations that Defendants made false and misleading representations regarding and/or failed to disclose that the price of Future FinTech’s publicly traded stock was artificially inflated through manipulative practices, which manipulative practices were revealed to the market when the SEC brought civil claims against Future FinTech’s CEO.
