On September 18, 2024, United States District Judge Matthew T. Schelp of the Eastern District of Missouri appointed Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP, as sole lead counsel in In re FutureFuel Corp. Securities Litigation, 24-cv-00881-MTS. The suit centers on allegations that Defendants made false and misleading representations regarding and/or failed to disclose that (1) FutureFuel did not have adequate internal controls; and that (2) FutureFuel's financial statements were misstated.
