FARUQI & FARUQI, LLP, APPOINTED SOLE LEAD COUNSEL TO LEAD REVANCE THERAPEUTICS, INC. SECURITIES LITIGATION

On September 7, 2022, United States District Court Judge Edward J. Davila of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California appointed Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP as sole lead counsel and its client, the Tang Family Investor Group, as sole Lead Plaintiff in Aramic LLC v. Revance Therapeutics, Inc., et al., 21-cv-09585-EJD. 

Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP prevailed in a hotly contested lead plaintiff process during which a competing movant tried, and failed, to rebut the Tang Family Investor Group’s presumptive lead plaintiff status. After several rounds of briefing and in camera review of documents provided by the Tang Family Investor Group, the Court ruled that the Tang Family Investor Group would serve as Lead Plaintiff and Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP would serve as sole lead counsel.
