On June 23, 2020, United States District Court Judge Douglas L. Rayes of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona appointed Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP as sole lead counsel and its client DeKalb County Pension Fund as sole Lead Plaintiff in Lowthorp v. Mesa Air Group, Inc., et al., Case No. 20-cv-000648.
