$1,000,000 Settlement for a Construction Worker during Jury Selection
Reza Rezvani recovered $1,000,000 for a construction worker who was injured on the job. Our client slipped and fell on construction rubble from excavation work which was not cleaned from the construction site. The failure to clear the debris was a violation of the New York State Labor Law and the Industrial Code. As a result of the incident, our client twisted his ankle and fell to the side. His injuries included: a fractured ankle; ligament tears in his ankle; and herniated discs in his lumbar spine. F&F was retained as trial counsel. Before F&F was retained, defendant’s insurance company offered $75,000 to settle the matter.
