Court Appoints Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP Lead Counsel in Securities Class Action Against Ideanomics, Inc.

On October 7, 2019, United States District Judge George B. Daniels of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York appointed Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP to serve as Lead Counsel in Miranda v. Ideanomics, Inc., et al., No. 1:19-cv-06741-GBD (S.D.N.Y.).
