Court Appoints Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP Co-Lead Counsel In Shop-Vac Litigation

On January 17, 2013, Chief Judge Yvette Kane of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania appointed Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP and two other firms Interim Class Counsel in In re: Shop-Vac Marketing and Sales Practices Litigation (MDL No. 2380).   Judge Kane wrote that “the expertise, organization, and leadership ability demonstrated by [counsel] renders it most qualified to further the interests of all putative class members.”
