Court Appoints Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP Lead Counsel in Securities Class Action Against CV Sciences, Inc.

On November 15, 2018, United States District Judge Jennifer A. Dorsey of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada appointed Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP to serve as Lead Counsel in Smith v. CV Sciences, Inc., et al., No. 2:18-cv-01602-JAD-PAL.
