Aisha Z. Iftikhar

Aisha Z. Iftikhar is an Associate in Faruqi & Faruqi’s New York office.  Aisha’s practice focuses on Consumer Protection.

Aisha graduated summa cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2024, where she ranked fourth in a class of 400 students, and was named to the Dean’s List each semester.  While at Brooklyn Law School, she represented an asylum seeker in proceedings that resulted in a successful grant of asylum.  She also received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Evidence and American Legal History and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society.

Prior to transferring to Brooklyn Law School, Aisha began her legal education at Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she ranked in the top 10 of her class, was named to the Dean’s List, was invited to join the Moot Court Honor Society, graded onto Law Review, and received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Writing II.

Aisha also worked as a Law Clerk at Faruqi & Faruqi prior to and during law school.

Aisha earned her undergraduate degree from McGill University (B.A. 2020).  She is licensed to practice law in New York and California.
