Brian “Geno” Nettle is an Associate in Faruqi & Faruqi’s New York City office.  Geno’s practice is focused on employment litigation.

Prior to joining Faruqi & Faruqi, Geno represented individuals and groups primarily in plaintiff-side labor and employment litigation at a New York firm.  As well, Geno has represented non-profit legal services organizations.  Geno is focused on achieving excellent results on behalf of his clients.  Geno has and continues to vindicate the rights of his clients who are subjected to wage theft; employment discrimination; and retaliatory employer actions.  Geno has been selected to Super Lawyers’ New York Metro Rising Stars for the years 2022, 2023, and 2024.

Geno earned his J.D. from City University New York School of Law (2019).  Also, Geno earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California (1999).

Geno is licensed to practice law in New York State.  Geno is admitted to practice before the E.D.N.Y and S.D.N.Y.
