Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP Secures Final Approval of a $2,083,333.33 Settlement for Revolution Lighting Techs., Inc. Investors

Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP is pleased to announce that the Court has granted final approval to the settlement in In re Revolution Lighting Techs., Inc., Securities Litigation, No. 1:19-cv-00980-JPO (S.D.N.Y.), a federal securities class action pending in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.  Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP serves as Class Counsel in the action.  The settlement provides for a cash payment of $2,083,333.33 in exchange for, inter alia, the release of all claims alleged in the action.  A final approval hearing on the settlement was held on August 11, 2020.  A copy of the Court’s Judgment Granting Final Approval of Settlement can be found here.
