Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP, sole lead counsel, is pleased to announce that the Court has granted final approval of the settlement reached in Larkin v. GoPro, Inc., et al., No. 4:16-cv-06654-CW (N.D. Cal.). The settlement provides for a cash payment of $6.75 million in exchange for, inter alia, a release of all claims alleged in the action.
