Court Appoints Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP As Lead Counsel in Securities Class Action Against Resolute Energy Corporation (REN)

United States District Judge Richard G. Andrews of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware has appointed Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP to serve as Lead Counsel in Mack, et al. v. Resolute Energy Corporation, et al., No. 1:19-cv-00077-RGA.

Shareholders alleged that the Form S-4 Registration Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and disseminated to shareholders on January 10, 2019, to solicit shareholder votes in favor of the merger with Cimarex Energy Company violates Sections 14(a) and 20(a) of the Exchange Act because it was materially misleading and that the merger consideration was unfair to Resolute shareholders.
